Here is my refined ''one" design that I presented the other week.
I decided to explore the idea of the desert 'hut' focussing on the materials, as I explored in my initial sketches.
So lots of colorbond, sandstone, thick concrete and open spaces for air flow.
I also decided to try seperating the sleeping area from the lounge and kitchen, I thought it would create good definition between the spaces and create an more interesting facade.
More exploration needed of course, and looks like Finchy, Sarah and I have lots of ideas to put together!
